At Northern Lakes Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center, Dr. Steven C. Oltean and his staff pride themselves in providing quality patient service. The Center offers a knowledgeable staff, safe and proven procedures, and the latest in dental technology. The office is conveniently located just West of the Lake Forest Hospital Outpatient and Acute Care Center as well as across the street from the Condell Professional Building .

Dr. Oltean, a licensed Oral Surgeon, specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases, injuries and defects of the oral and maxillofacial structures including the removal of third molars. Dr. Oltean has extensive training in dental implants and attends continuing education courses to remain on the cutting edge of treatment. Northern Lakes Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center provides emergency treatment for trauma to the teeth, oral cavity, facial bones and the supporting facial structures. Dr. Oltean provides consultations for oral surgery and takes the time to educate his patients.

Surgical extraction of teeth, root tips, and 3 rd molars (Wisdom Teeth)
Implant case analysis and placement of dental implants
IV sedation, nitrous oxide sedation, and local anesthesia
Emergency treatment for dental trauma
Harvest and placement of bone and soft tissue grafts including socket reconstruction
Exposure of impacted teeth for orthodontic movement
Surgical uprighting of impacted second molar teeth for orthodontic movement
Apicoectomies
Pre-prosthetic surgical procedures including alveoloplasty and tori removal
