Northern Lakes Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center welcomes patients with and without insurance. The staff will work with you to develop a treatment plan that will satisfy your needs and fit into your budget.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Northern Lakes Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center offers a variety of payment options to ensure that your treatment is affordable.

Payment Options
We also offer assisted financial plans through CareCredit, an affordable option used by many of our patients to pay for comprehensive treatment.

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and the Carrington Discount Plan.

Dental Insurance
We accept most insurance plans. Call us to find out if we are a participating provider on your insurance plan. Even if we are not a participating provider on your plan, most PPO Plans offer out-of-network benefits. We do not accept DMO insurance or public aid. We will work with you and your insurance company to process your claims and help you get the maximum insurance benefit allowable.

Dental insurance plans are designed to contribute to the overall cost of your treatment, but insurance companies usually do not pay the full amount of your treatment. To ensure transparency, we can provide you with an estimate of your expected out-of-pocket portion based on the information available from your insurance provider. However, if your insurance company pays less than the estimated amount, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. Conversely, if there is an overpayment, our office will issue you a refund check. We strive to provide the best care possible.
